Please provide the following information

qBittorrent version and Operating System

qBt 4.1.6 & Win 10

If on linux, libtorrent and Qt version

What is the problem

qBt refuses to update search engines although trying to update to a newer version.

What is the expected behavior

qBt reads the #version header and sees it's different from the search engine's version he has installed, so qBt updates the search engine.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install a search engine, update the search engine's version (with the #version info)
  2. try to install the new version
  3. qBt will refuse to install saying he already has installed a newer version for that script.

Extra info(if any)

Can you post the version numbers of the old/new files like they are in the file? So we can create a dummy files to test locally. Maybe the bug will manifest with the specific versions used.

I noticed the problem while developing a newer version of https://raw.githubusercontent.com/MaurizioRicci/qBittorrent_search_engines/master/torrentproject.py

I tested even with another plugin, tried rebooting qBt multiple times but nothing changed. Today I tested again and everything worked as expected. I don't know what to think, maybe there was a problem with my computer.
