Please provide the following information

qBittorrent version and Operating System

4.1.6 on Windows 10

If on linux, libtorrent and Qt version

(type here)

What is the problem

Font too small to read. The fonts in the General Tab are impossible for me to read.

What is the expected behavior

Be able to resize screen font. I have set up my PC for larger fonts, this app does not respect those larger fonts. This is a show stopper for me.

Steps to reproduce

Definitely would be great to have configurable fonts (types/sizes/colors), especially in the main transfer list.
MacOS here.

hey guys, it's 21th century already, people have big 4k displays and it's really painful to read tiny fonts in QBT while other programs are using bigger fonts!

We could Ctrl+Wheel for font zooming.
Like most software do.

Funny, because most software I use doesn't seem to support that. I agree that qBittorrent should respect the OS's accessibility settings. So let's strive for the proper solution, instead of using Ctrl+Wheel zoom which is not something desirable for qBittorrent.
