Please provide the following information

qBittorrent version and Operating System

qBittorrent v4.1.6 (64-bit)

What is the problem

After closing qbittorrent, the process stays active - noticed this when trying to reopen qbittorrent later as it wouldn't - and there's lots of python.exe's in task manager as well.
I kill the qbittorrent task and but then new downloads don't start and stay on 0 seeds 0 peers until I reboot which fixes the problem. This occurs about half the time I "close" qbittorrent.

What is the expected behavior

qbittorrent should close completely and when reopening download files as normal without requiring a reboot.

Steps to reproduce

I don't know what is causing this issue.

Extra info(if any)

I reinstalled python, reinstalled qbittorrent, didn't help. It's a new pc from january with a fresh windows 10 installation.
