The main tracker I use requires that I disable DHT, however, I do have the occasion that I need to use a torrent with DHT so it would be nice to be able to turn that on for an individual torrent even when it's disabled globally.

Duplicate of #7743. Btw i don't think it will be possible to enable DHT on private torrents even if/when libtorrent supports it, only disabling/enabling it for public ones.
