Please provide the following information
qBittorrent version and Operating System
qBittorrent v4.1.8 & Windows 10 x64
If on linux, libtorrent-rasterbar and Qt version
Not on linux.
What is the problem
When using'the 'once downloads complete' feature, the program does as it should in that it closes qBittorrent however if you then try to add another torrent you first need to kill the process through task manager or restarting before qBittorrent responds.
What is the expected behavior
The expected behaviour would be that the application closes as it should then should you load another torrent say from your downloads folder the application should then start up and load in the new torrent which is not the case.
Steps to reproduce
Use the 'once downloads complete' feature, let the torrent complete and allow the application to close of it's own fruition, then try loading a saved torrent either from your downloads folder or from a website and it will likely not load anything until either the qbittorrent.exe process is closed or your restart windows.
Extra info(if any)
None :-)

Indirectly duplicate of #5097
@ghost commented on GitHub (Aug 6, 2022):
Closing as this was reported on a very old version and thereby most likely resolved now. If you’re still experiencing this issue on latest version then create a new ticket with updated information.
