Exit button doesn't actually close process #9284

Please provide the following information

qBittorrent version and Operating System

4.1.9.1 (every prior version I've used has had this issue as well though) Windows 10

If on linux, libtorrent-rasterbar and Qt version

What is the problem

When trying to exit program I always have to go into task manager and end process. Simply clicking exit from the program leaves the program running in processes.

What is the expected behavior

Clicking exit from file menu should totally close the program.

Steps to reproduce

Click file and then exit.
