Bug Description

I am in the public beta, but it didn't work before I joined either. It just says "remote desktop is offline".

I couldn't find the Windows service mentioned in #23 either. Nothing in task manager processes and services, nothing in Windows Services.

How to Reproduce

restart the mashine or close the RustDesk window and try to connecto to the PC

Expected Behavior

The connection starts

Operating system(s) on local side and remote side

Android 12 -> Windows 11

RustDesk Version(s) on local side and remote side

1.1.10-1 -> 1.2.2
