Bug Description

Rustdesk Client 1.4.4.
If default UAC enable and want change password.I click unlock security setup.It's can't unlock.
Please fix it.

How to Reproduce

Install rustdesk client 1.4.4
Click three dots and click security.
Click unlock security setup but can't unlock.
Enable UAC mode

Expected Behavior

Generally, you need to be able to unlock the security lock and then change the password.

Operating system(s) on local (controlling) side and remote (controlled) side

windows 11->windows 11

RustDesk Version(s) on local (controlling) side and remote (controlled) side

Both 1.4.4
