I am writing because it seems that security related questions have been intentionally deleted time and time again by the anonymous rustdesk author.

Also I've heard that the security concerns have been taken to Github to look into this behaviour because it was suggested that parts of Rustdesk might be intentionally malicious.

So I would hereby like to ask the author, please state why you would do this. Apps as powerful as rustdesk must hold up to these kind of scrutiny.

Therefore I want to know in the name the community what's going on here.

@rustdesk commented on GitHub (Jun 6, 2021):

I did delete two issues, because they had been asking me open source the server code, it was really annoying. As a response, I wrote https://github.com/rustdesk/rustdesk-server-demo.

I do not know which one is you, one of them is a good businessman who is good at making money from the other's open source projects. This businessman had talked with me on telegram for four weeks until I blocked him, because he was very very very annoying.

It is ridiculous that two businessmen have nothing contributed to the open source world, but they require you contribute your everything. They make the world worse.

You do not need to write code, but I am only good at writing code rather than arguing with you.

Regarding whether RustDesk is intentionally malicious, the community can help you. If you find any security issue from the source code, please submit new issue.

BTW, I will pin this issue to express my attitude.

I hate endless arguments, I will lock the conversation
