I see there are HTML and CSS files under the ui directory. Seems to me that some frontend technology is used to build the UI. I know there's a framework named Tauri for building UI leveraging Rust and frontend technologies. However, this repo doesn't seem to use Tauri. Mind to explain a which framework (or technologies) is (are) used to build the UI?
