Allow admins to put an incident alert on all of the status pages like a global alert. That would appear on all the status pages not just one.

Actually, I think a better implementation is for incidents to use a similar UI to maintenance... you pick the monitors affected and the status pages for which the incident is visible. Done on the dashboard instead of status edit pages.
