The website you send is only available in Chinese.
Given that Google Translate is very limited in what it can translate, it appears that you need to use this API.

This can probably be achieved with the webhook using the json-Content Type:

It might be easier to use a notification provider like https://ntfy.sh/ or WeChat, for which we have explicit support instead.
