Currently, the plans added in planned maintenance will not be displayed on the status page in advance. I hope that the added planned maintenance can appear on the status page in advance to remind users.

Yes, linking related issues is just a convenience to make sure that if a PR lands all related issues can be found simpler ^^
Related: #... does not mean that this issue is a duplicate, just that it is related

We are consolidating duplicate issues a bit to make issue management easier.
I think, we should track this issue in #2389 as there is no functional difference (maybe just small naming differences, but nothing that would require a different issue imo)
⇒ I am going to close this as a duplicate.
