can we add multiple location monitor for the checks, this way we can be certain if its specific to a particular region

I think for this feature something like ripe atlas (i.e. probes which are properly distributed around the globe) is what you are asking.

Ripe atlas is tracked in https://github.com/louislam/uptime-kuma/issues/4031

You might also be #84 depending what you mean by "using satellites or tenants".

I also suggest creating groups, like a "Database" group, with different monitors, one per region.
