When I pause a Monitor group that contains several monitors, I still get down notifications for all monitors that are members of the monitor group.

👀 Expected behavior

If I pause a monitor group, I should not get notifications, nor should the monitors report/track down heartbeats.

😓 Actual Behavior

When I pause a Monitor group that contains several monitors, I still get down notifications for all monitors that are members of the monitor group.
