How can I reset my admin password ? Mail doesn't work.

Host Info (please complete the following information):
OS: [e.g. Ubuntu 18.04, Docker] Docker
Wiki.js version: I don't know (I use requarks/wiki:beta)
Database engine: mysql 5.7
