Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

While creating a test user, I don't remember I received a confirmation email.
Anyway, if by mistake one delete its confirmation email, it is impossible to login nor to ask for a new password nor create a new account with the same email address. It should be possible to ask again for account verification from the login portal
@Gadgetoid commented on GitHub (Nov 3, 2021):
Just ran into a slight twist on this problem while also creating a test account:
An account should not be created in situations where the system knows a verification mail is required, but that the mail configuration is not sufficient.
And, yes, it would be handy to be able to re-request verification from the login portal, even a failed delivery would presumably render the account a zombie forever.
