Describe the bug
Admin- Navigation - Link and Header are accepting blank values.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to '...'Admin- Navigation
Click on '....' Either Link or Header
Scroll down to '....'
See error

Expected behavior
The Link and Header should not accept blank values. There should be a limit on the number of characters that are allowed in the Link field and Header field.

Updated to the latest beta version.
The issue persists in this version too.

Host Info (please complete the following information):

OS: [e.g. Ubuntu 18.04,]
Wiki.js version: [e.g. 2.0.0-beta.303]
Database engine: [mysql 8]

Issue

In the above screenshot after the sales menu item , it is accepting a blank header.
After the Untitled Link , the next link one below that is a blank link.
