Make sure you are using the latest version: run `youtube-dl --version` and ensure your version is 2017.02.22. If it's not read this FAQ entry and update. Issues with outdated version will be rejected.

Add -v flag to your command line you run youtube-dl with, copy the whole output and insert it here. It should look similar to one below (replace it with your log inserted between triple ```):

If the purpose of this issue is a site support request please provide all kinds of example URLs support for which should be included (replace following example URLs by yours):

Single video: https://www.discoverygo.com/the-last-alaskans/no-mans-land/

Note that youtube-dl does not support sites dedicated to copyright infringement. In order for site support request to be accepted all provided example URLs should not violate any copyrights.

trying to download an episode from discoverygo. you need a cable account, which i have. i can watch it in browser. with youtube-dl this is what happens:
markybob@dellfuck:~/Fresh/the last alaskans/season 1$ /home/markybob/bin/youtube-dl --ap-mso TWC --ap-username email@gmail.com --ap-password pass "https://www.discoverygo.com/the-last-alaskans/no-mans-land/"
[DiscoveryGo] no-mans-land: Downloading webpage
ERROR: This video is only available via cable service provider subscription that is not currently supported. You may want to use --cookies.

i also have a comcast xfinity account which i tried. same error.
