youtube support new feature to play video starting from specific time
the url is:youtube-dl.exe http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eWDVBQkBBoE&feature=youtu.be&t=10s

the youtube-dl utillity downalod the full movie and ignore the t=10s

is this issue supported?
