When clicking on that link, I get redirected to the main YouTube page. Can you see the video in your browser? If so, where are you physically located? Almost certainly, this is not an error in youtube-dl, but a restriction of YouTube.

...and then pick the video you want.

(I do not believe watch?list= is a valid argument )

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_MD72Q27vbk is blocked in the US, but available from Germany. Therefore, youtube-dl is just relaying YouTube's error message here. You can use the --proxy option to use a proxy in another country, or connect via a VPN.
