hi,
I did some tests and noticed that the runtime is different from video conversion mp3.
I made a video download that has a duration of 0:00:55 s and mp3 has 0:01:04 m,
I did download a large duration of 0:06:00 and 0:09:00 is mp3.

youtube-dl version 2013.09.07
Python 2.6.6

With the video you posted the difference is not so big: the eu vejo uma pequena nuvem-uP5OqNTgQ9I.flv has a duration of 00:06:18.88 and the mp3 of 00:06:19.48, according to ffprobe 'eu vejo uma pequena nuvem-uP5OqNTgQ9I.flv'. This is probably the same as #1022, so I'm closing it.
