Make sure you are using the latest version: run `youtube-dl --version` and ensure your version is 2017.10.07. If it's not, read this FAQ entry and update. Issues with outdated version will be rejected.

I've verified and I assure that I'm running youtube-dl 2017.10.07

I know it may be that ffmpeg has trouble with the handoff due to some default settings, yet I'm not sure why it is processing when I simply expect the video without any transcoding. I was able to find the direct link to the video (via: http://twdown.net/) and download with other tools, here is the direct link: https://video.twimg.com/amplify_video/916243319079960576/vid/720x720/0dyNn5c025zkwqAN.mp4
