What problem for download? i get this error when i want download videos from oreilly

ERROR: Unable to download webpage: HTTP Error 404: Not Found

i use this command
youtube-dl -u "xxx" -p "xxx" -o "C:\videos%(playlist)s/%(playlist_index)2d - %(title)s.%(ext)s" --write-sub --sub-lang en https://learning.oreilly.com/videos/react-zero-to/9780137611676/
