Frequently, I end up downloading the whole video to use a 3 to 10 sec video clip from it. Can the script support partial downloading from a specific start time url#t=start_time+<time_duration> to download only a portion instead of the whole video.

Any suggestions or ideas on how to do this would be appreciated.
