--print-traffic does not work prior to Python 3.5.2. Windows build is built against Python 3.4.4.

Sorry, the version of Python that the Windows binary is based on, will it be built with 3.5.2 or higher at a later point to solve the problem?

Using Python 3.5.x version for Windows build means dropping support for Windows XP. Separate 3.4.x and 3.5.x builds may be provided in future however I don't see pressing need for this at the moment.
