The script needs better handling of being interrupted by Ctrl-Z on the terminal.
If you interrupt on ongoing youtube-dl process with Ctrl-Z before typing "bg" in the shell to put the stopped job in the background, the script actually quits and has to be restarted from scratch.

The latest git version does not have this problem; I was testing with an old version of the script.
