and normally I can just do

$ youtube-dl RD02JJ2FWrWw4Oc
[youtube] Setting language
[youtube] RD02JJ2FWrWw4Oc: Downloading video webpage
[youtube] RD02JJ2FWrWw4Oc: Downloading video info webpage
ERROR: YouTube said: Invalid parameters.

It doesn't seem to be detecting that it's a playlist. This worked for me:
youtube-dl youtube.com/watch?list=RD02JJ2FWrWw4Oc

Sorry for the delay, the latest versions of youtube-dl (2013.11.28 or higher) support YouTube mixes, the url you post will not work until the next version, but you can use youtube-dl https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KXAn0vzecEM&list=RDJJ2FWrWw4Oc or just youtube-dl RDJJ2FWrWw4Oc.

Since youtube-dl 2013.12.08, the original URL works fine, at least for me. Type youtube-dl -U to update.
