I can also confirm that the current version (v2013.09.05) appears to be an empty file (0 bytes).

The Windows build server crashed (it seems to be acting up quite a bit lately) and I had to continue the build by hand. I had done that multiple times, but this time it looks like I did not do it correctly.

I removed the 2013.09.05 binary; the 2013.09.06 one is present now (and not empty).
