i would like to request an support for akibapass.de . Is is a German Anime Streaming Website.
You don't have to pay anything. If you create an account, then you will get 4 weeks free.
At the other request ( https://github.com/rg3/youtube-dl/issues/9683 ), there was no answer.

#9683 is stalled primarily because akibapass does not allow viewing outside Germany, and it's not easy to find a good German proxy. If you know other ways to bypass the geo-restriction, just paste to that issue.

That depends. It may take just a few hours, or VPN may not work as the website blocks VPNs. (ex: #9839)
