I've verified and I assure that I'm running youtube-dl 2018.05.26

Similar to issue #16489 which was temporarily fixed in #16491.
Same issue with Youtube-dl version built with fix #16491.
Fix stopped working after 25/05/2018 (new GDPR law active)
