Added, for now you'll have to manually find the ooyala player url and pass it to youtube-dl, for the example you posted:
youtube-dl "http://player.ooyala.com/player.js?embedCode=pxczE2YjpfHfn1f3M-ykG_AmJRRn0PD8"
