I have a question.

I want to get the URL using youtube-dl, and the "simulate" option -g that does not download the video.

So I gave the following command:
youtube-dl -g https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k4JGSAmu4lg

It gave the following output after 7 to 8 seconds

Is there any way so that it can be faster?

An option is deploying an API server (https://github.com/jaimeMF/youtube-dl-api-server). This reduces the startup time.

Another option is including --youtube-skip-dash-manifest. For example:

youtube-dl -g --youtube-skip-dash-manifest "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k4JGSAmu4lg

WARNING: including this option may cause high-resolution formats (for example 1080p or higher) missing.

Your system about takes 5 seconds to load youtube-dl. Seems it's similar to #3029. Setting up an API server would solve your problem.
