I'm using youtube-dl version 2015.12.09 and I can't download any videos on Periscope. Someone reported the issue in https://github.com/rg3/youtube-dl/issues/7359 and was closed but it seems this issue is happening again.
I tried downloading https://www.periscope.tv/w/aUiuETIxMjQ1MDB8MWdxeHZ3UEFaTWFLQpn5vonFihNyeaegkWCIgQ1eCzTN1BtH96ylDOSrNjUS and https://www.periscope.tv/w/aUitwDFXZ0tneWFXeEpFdlB8MWt2SnBZd2xxT2J4RTeZ_fdDmVkEUtcxQ5yZ6YtQseK_39R3CxNTXb5a8RrW but it fails.
