Preferences are available to every user. They affect only the current user’s session and do not impact others.

Access Preferences

  • Go to Settings -> Preferences, or
  • Navigate to Profile -> Preferences

Preferences are typically used to configure:

  • interface language and theme
  • SQL Editor options (auto-completion, formatting, aliases)
  • data viewer behavior (fetch size, show descriptions)
  • navigation tree settings

Tip: For the full list of available settings, see Preferences. Settings marked as Admin only = No are local.
