What is the problem

With option "recheck torrent on completion" enabled the "Run external program on torrent completion" doesn't wait for recheck to be completed. When external script removes or moves file, it will be redownloaded.

What is the expected behavior

"Run external program on torrent completion" should wait for rechecking to be completed.

Steps to reproduce

Check "recheck torrent on completion".
Enable "Run external program on torrent completion" with script and check show console window.
Launch torrent and wait till end. Console will blink at beginning of "rechecking" status.
