qBittorrent version and Operating System

Windows 10 x64
qBittorrent v3.3.14 x86, v3.3.15 x86, and v4.0.3 (See note in Extra Info) x86

Launch qBittorrent

Possibly related to #7700 and #8268
I have only used v4.0.3 on a USB Tether, v3.3.14/15 were used on both wired and tethered connections. The UI freezing would happen on wired as well as tethered, but more so on tethered.
Restarting PC would sometimes fix the issue, othertimes it would not.
I have also noticed that with my issue, CPU use for qBittorrent stays at 0%.

Possible Workaround:
Launch qBittorrent with USB disconnected, let it load as normal then connect USB and turn Tethering on seemes to have alleviated most of the issue. However after relaunching the same issue happens again, and the same steps did not help
