There are times when one would want different settings depending on the torrent, I'm thinking mainly of options like: BitTorrent>Share Ratio Limiting, or Connection>Proxy Server, IP Filtering. There currently seems to be no way to achieve that.

The only use of categories up to now is for organization, this would be a logical step in allowing users to use the same client for different usage scenarios.

As for the UI my suggestion is either a dropdown above the related settings, e.g.: Category filter: [All] (which would make sense if most of the settings can be applied per-category), or a separate tab in Preferences (which could make sense if only a few settings can be applied per-category).
