What is the problem

I'm monitoring a folder with Automatically add torrents from feature, which silently starts downloading the torrent right away if the Do not start the download automatically option is not selected.

There is no problem with this behavior, but I expect a bit more control because I do not want to download every torrent that is added to the folder. Now with the Do not start the download automatically option selected, I require to manually select the Start torrent option in the adding torrent dialog every time.

What is the expected behavior

I would like to have an option with every Monitored Folder entry for selecting between the current silent automatic download behavior and the general configuration behavior, which every other torrent follows.
