Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

I'm not sure if it's a bug or not, but from the look of it banned IPs are not really banned:

The "blocking" is only temporary due to piece errors or communication errors. it is not a 'ban'

Those entries may be from incoming connections. You cannot stop those. Plus, latest version is more verbose on why an IP was blocked/ban.
