For example, if I have multiple labels I want to be able to be able to select some of them with CTRL+left click.

That would require qbittorrent to actually support multiple labels per task in the first place.

How so? I don't mean multiple labels for a single torrent. If I have 3 labels with different torrents in each, I want to select only 2 of the 3 labels in the left menu so I can manage the combined torrents together.

We have multiple labels / tags now so I think it's possible to implement this feature.

Like a multiple selection select box in a web page (<select multiple>), you should be able to select multiple items by clicking on items with Ctrl key or select them sequentially with Shift key.
