qBittorrent version and Operating System

qBittorrent 4.1.1 and Windows 10 (1803 build)

What is the problem

qBittorrent locks up for 5 seconds every time you open Options.

What is the expected behavior

Expected it to open Options without it locking up

Steps to reproduce

Just open Options

Extra info(if any)

This has been happening since version 4.0. This is a fresh install of both Windows 10 and qBittorrent, no data imported for either of them, completely clean

It's much easier to show what the issue is so

Strange.. I installed qBittorrent 4.1.1 many times on Windows 10 1803. I use it everyday on my PC too. I never seen this issue.

And yes this has apparently been reported multiple times by people since 4.0, the issue is obviously real, it would nice to get some acknowledgement of the devs.

qBittorrent is on SSD.

My installation of qBitTorrent has a similar lag problem on clicking on the open Options tab.
Ver. 4.1.1 64-bit on Window 7 Ultimate 64-bit.
