use case 1
I want to keep the partial files of certain categories in different folders, so I could clear up room on my hdd fast
use case 1 could also be satisfied 99% by #4664
use case 2
Having partial files on the same hdd/partition as the one they eventually end up as per Save Path to speed up finalizing.
qBittorrent version and Operating System
