qBittorrent version and Operating System

3.3.16 and 4.1.4; Win7 x64

If on linux, libtorrent-rasterbar and Qt version

What is the problem

qBittorrent not start of UAC control, non adming rights

What is the expected behavior

(type here)

Steps to reproduce

Clean appdata\local and appdata\roaming , dir qbitttorrent
start, "ok or cancel" message, process hidden crash
in log "qbittorrent started"
Startup for anothers accounts, start up is ok.

Use latest version.

Also with this little information nothing can be done. Describe the issue in more detail, post a stacktrace/screenshots/etc
