Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Currently, in the case when custom upstreams are configured for a client, we create a new "upstream" instance for each DNS query. This is highly ineffective and needs to be changed.
